Hey there. Does anyone have any good suggestions for workout songs? Preferrably high paced, rockish type?

Bush (or BushX as I think they called themselves when they put out one of my all time fave workout songs... Machine Head)
Zeppelin
Bif Naked
Midnight Oil
AC/DC
I'm drawing a blank, but those are some of my favourites, unfortunately I am usually stuck listening to Snoop, Timberland, 50 cent etc at the gym in the morning... the crowd is 30's to 60's and the young fellas working there insist on playing what "they" like... haha!

Some of my personal favorites for work outs, or just listening in general. Mostly the songs of my "youth"...early to mid 90's...although there are some older ones in there as well as some more recent ones.
Oasis- Wonderwall
Nirvana- Come as you are
Collective Soul- December, Brings Me Down, Counting the Days
Creed- One
Econoline Crush- Sparkle and Shine
Everclear- Everthing to Everyone, Volvo Driving Soccer Mom, Father of Mine
Greenday- When I Come Around
Staind- Outside
Von Blondies- C'mon C'mon (Rescue Me theme song)
Theory of a Deadman- Santa Monica
The Rolling Stones- Painted Black
Our Lady Peace- Superman's Dead
Just a few off the top of my head...

My last wo was yest. sitting in the chair ,which was in the pool, doing many reps of the right elbow while sat tv was tuned in to hits of the 50's - 70's. My daughter occupied the second chair and I can only surmise she may have heard of some of the groups you all are referrring to. I know I havent. Not dating myself ,am I?

When I'm at the gym or on the bike before a Scott challenge I need some heavy, hard hitting, hell yeah! kind of s#%t. My roster includes the following
TOOL
Deftones
Kincaide (a kick ass band from Victoria)
Finch
Alexisonfire
Rise Against
The Used
Black Sabbath
A Perfect Circle
And just for a laugh, Primus
After my workout I tone it down and do some stretching to the sounds of nature
and become the zen master and get into my warrior pose.
