Is it possible for me to be a volunteer firefighter if I dont live in a town with a volunteer department?

By this do you mean its all career or do you mean you live in an area where the firehall is a good distance from your home...


If you live in an area with career guys like wilderness said next question...If you live in an area protected by vollies you'd have to go ask them

English translation please???:confused: Do you mean he's a career guy or that there are career guys and he said next question...? Not meaning to bother, but he's a volly...

As for Flamer...It may very well be possible, but why would you want to drive a great distance to join a fire dept? People who's houses or what not are on fire rely heavily on the security that fire fighters respond quickly to a fire...Just a thought:cool: :rolleyes:

Yes if you work in that town, or you live just out of area, with exectallant quallifications such pcp. In small town day time firefighters are always in short supply.

just needed a pause, ie a , between the words guys & like.
the mind knows what is implied but the written word does not always indicate it without proper punctuation etc. ;)
