Hi all,
I am interested in organizing a fundraiser this summer for the forest fires burning thru out BC specially in the town of Lilloett.
I am planning to hold this fundraiser at Central Park in Burnaby. Since its going to be first time doing this, I am looking for help as to which authorities i need to approach in order to get this organized.
I am going to start with City of Burnaby and talk to them if we could use a certain portion of the Central park on a given day for this fundraiser.
Who else should I contact for this. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
