hey guys just a question...is the fire fit or fit tech really worth the cash. i know some depts. require it but others don't. seems like a lot of cash to take a physical, to go and take another physical. suppose if i want on i've got to jump through the hoops anyways.
It's simple really. If there is a dept. you wanna apply to that requires it, then take it. If not, then don't. What is it $100? That's nothing compared to some fitness tests. Plus it always gives you a guage on how well you are in every category by age. And it's good for a year.
