Default I think not

So coming hot on the heels of the sunshine list being published someone comes on here, and first post asks for a copy of a collective agreement?

Give your head a shake.

Actually, I had no idea that the list was out or will be out shortly... I'm really just looking to get info on the OFS work conditions as a future candidate.

Very rarely do I see collective agreements posted online. I have seen it a few times in western Canada.

Default Fair enough...

Ottawa's is not published online. It is a contract between two parties therefore the 'need to know' rests solely with those parties.

What do you want to know? There are enough OFS guys on here that can answer any questions.

It is very rarely seen that collective agreements are made available online. But for better understanding for the consumers they should be made available. May be convention collective commerce de gros pdf can be of a little help to you.

Not sure if it is a BC law but it is very much a public document here. Doesn't mean it is easily found but that doesn't mean you cannot get access.
