I know what you're saying and do agree with the above statement, but this does then qualify what the operator is capable
How they drive thereafter is up to them and is a behavioral/integrity matter. Definitely of larger concern for the fire services, but not something the MTO will or should try to unveil. Leave that to the CPS....and if you make it past that, the interview panel......and if you make it past that, the guys on the floor!
