That's great that you've made the change to better your diet and health, and congrats on the fat loss! I just wanted to add that you said you eat alot of subs. Just be careful with how much of those cure meats (cold cuts) you eat. They are pretty much an anti-nutrient as they are full of sodium nitrate which convert to nitrosamines in the body which are a very effective carcinogen. Not sure if you knew it or not.
