With the hot weather we are FINALLY getting here in lotusland, the barbeque is getting used non-stop. Buffalo burgers and potatoe salad tonight and steaks tomorrow night. Anyone have any recipes for the old barby that we could try on an upcoming night shift???......BC........

Bunch of mushrooms.as many as needed
Healthy chunk of Bleu cheese
Bit of Butter
spices as you like, dill is really tasty.

Cut or leave mushrooms whole put them in a tin foil pan cut the cheese into biggish pieces butter and etc on top cover with foil and place on warming rack for about 10-20 mins or cheese is melted.Uncover let stand for a couple of minutes.

They are great with steak.

Its wicked good I havent had anyone not ask how to make it yet.I make it with about anything on the BBQ even the kids like it.

Not sure where it came from I think my dad may have invented it years ago.
