But it's sooo good with pan steamed spinach and portabello mushrooms, add a little hot sauce and some Chinese cherry sauce... Yummmmmm!!!

hahahaha... okay, okay, so I'll be sure to bring the steaks!

Here are a couple of tips if you want to serve that in the firehall...

#1 don't tell anyone it's tofu
#2 serve it on top of a big hunk of medium rare meat
#3 make about double what you think would be more than enough...

Do these three and you should be golden

Marjories Inuit Doughnuts that she brings to practices on a regular basis. Very Good

Default Meat

Well the wife came to the Fire Hall today because it was my duty weekend & she decided to cook Brecky for all the boys. ( sorry no girls in our dept yet ). She made us ham & cheese omellets, bacon breaky sausage, hot italian sausage, ham, 4kg of hashbrowns with fried onions & toast. Need less to say but the boys told her she has to come & cook on all our duty weekends. just a side note but our budget for food was $50 for the day we blow that out the water ( $100 ) good old A crew we alway blow the budget. Yep we love our meat.
