Province investigates fire at Hamilton jail

HAMILTON, ON - A provincial investigation is underway into a fire set at the Hamilton-Wentworth Detention Centre on Sunday night.

Inmates were being assessed for injuries, said Greg Flood, a spokesman with Community Safety and Correctional Services. None of the injuries were fatal.
