MONTREAL, QC - The Montreal police arson unit is investigating a major fire Monday that left 15 people homeless in the city’s Southwest borough.

The four-alarm fire started about 6:30 a.m. in a three-storey apartment building on Champigny St. near Angers St. in Côte St. Paul, Montreal Fire Department Chief of Operations Frédéric Paquette said.
