Man injured in Wolseley apartment fire

WOLSELEY, MB - One man was taken to hospital after a fire in an Wolseley-area apartment building early Thursday.

The fire was reported around 5 a.m. at 28 Woodrow Place.

Resident John MacEchern, who lives on the second floor of the building, said he was alerted by the sound of a neighbour's smoke detector. He saw flames from a third floor bedroom window.
