Beer Can Chicken
prochutio?
Prosciutto Pro (roll the r) Shoot (twist lips so upper goes left and lower goes right) Toe (tilt head like you're saying F off in one jerking motion from start to finish)
My beautiful and sweet and considerate girlfriend schooled me on this at one time too. There was nothing beautiful sweet or considerate about it. And I feel like less of a man every time we go into a deli or market because she has to order (or-dah)
I am just trying to help out bro hahaha. I couldn't let you continue with prochutio. One day you'll thank me haha.

Oils
As far as the Oils go, the better the oil is for you the lower the smoke temperature, of course this is just generalized as we all know there are really no rules for anything. I don't know that it makes them carcinogenetic but at 350 degrees Olive oil contains trans fats at lower temperatures it does not, some sorta chemistry thing I am sure that there is a name for it and that chemistry thing may not be the correct phrasing.
Oh yeah I knew there was a reason I don't order Prosciutto.

If I have to explain you wouldn't understand anyway.
When we were in Florence the meat man would mock me to her saying in Italian how if I cannot order for her how can I treat her properly haha.
It hasn't been let down. I wanted to help

I find that the cheaper the beer the better!
and be sure to use a large pan so as you can fill it with veg's as people will be fighting over the vegies/fruit cooked in the broth......potatos (all sorts)/carrots/onions/zuch/etc even apples! and dont put them all in at once....as they have different cooking times
and salt up the bird before you start....oven or BBQ...with or without beer...always a hit!
bet I've made 100 of these over the years
Did three birds at once not to long ago!

EVERYONE GOES HOME....
Drink the beer and use pop instead. I have found that 7 up, ginger ale adds a sweet flavour to the meat. Also if you add a montreal chichen spice on the outside it creates a very dish as well. Experiment and you will be happy every time with the results

Hey Guys just wanted to get a rought estimate of how long it would take on BBQ, we did one the other day with a Stella and it was great but didnt cook all the way so we threw it in the oven to finnish it off! What temp and how long basically is my question. Thanks
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.
