Hi guys,,,
How often to do you skip all the activities and plan for the other day meal or that day meal?I am in a habit of planning for the food.I am always in the habit of planning either I am at home or at work place.I am in a habit of planning for the next meal...

Go on the IAFF website and go to Fit to Survive. THey have a monthly meal planner there. You will get anywhere from 1800 - 2200 calories a day. Great tasting meals as well.
