I received the same e-mail today. I also had all certs required and more - plus I'm currently employed with a full-time department in Ontario and have been there almost 3 years.. still didn't get an interview with Ottawa. Also curious to know what more I would need to have on my resume.

Send me an email info @ ofrt.ca with your resume and cover letter and i’ll tell you why. Hey DurhamFire recruit, you’ve actually done my resume for me lol not this past Ottawa recruitment, but other departments from this year.
