4 min @ 3.5 mph/4% incline
2 min @ 5 mph/ 4% incline
2 min @ 6 mph/ 4% incline
2 min @ 7 mph/ 4% incline
*** at this point they will assess what speed you seem comfortable running at, they may increase you to 7.5 mph (well use 7 as an example)
2 min @ 7 mph/ 6% incline etc
They will now increase the incline % every 2 minutes until you max out.
Also note that you can take a walking break for 2 min @ 3.5 mph/4% incline. You will resume at the next scheduled increment.
Hope this helps. Some people end up running for 30-45 min to max out. Definitely not as efficient as the brock test or ofai.
