I am not sure. A lot depends on how well people do. If there are large numbers of candidates who do not do well they may send out more invites.
Lets see how this week goes.
Is the new recruitment still expected to open at the end of November, or are we looking at the new year?

I interviewed back in may and was unsuccessful I received the thanks but no thanks email when will I have another chance again?

My understanding was that the TFS was looking to move fast with this recruitment, with hopes of mirroring the the last recruitment and hiring another 96 with a January 2022 start. I would assume CJO's have started to roll out and will continue this week and next, however this is just my opinion and nothing official.

I've heard of a few going out, including one yesterday.
