Question for Ontario hires. I'm from out of province and it seems to take 6-8months to go through a recruitment process here. Wondering what the timeline is like for most hires in Ontario once the closing date has approached for application deadline.

Hey, unfortunately there is not a perfect answer for this question. It depends on so many little factors, it can take someone from 4 weeks to 12 months. If you're shifted classes, if the classes are canceled or delayed, if you fail a portion and redo it. The average timeframe however I would say based on experience is 5 ish months, give or take
