Vancouver shift pattern

Hi guys and gals,
Just looking for any information on Vancouver shift patterns / annual vacation. Also if by chance anyone knows the pattern of any of the tri municipality services either that would be tops.

Vancouver does 2 10hr days 2 14 hour nights and off for 4. I believe everyone in the lower mainland follows the same pattern.
