Top Secret
HEY!! How did you get that? It's a top secret pilot project, no one is supposed to know.... at least until it gets painted all ornge! (because moose hunting season is supposed to start soon...Hmmmm, maybe that's why all the aircraft are being painted ornge, so we don't get shot at?!)
I thought the sikosky s76a's have always been orange or at least partially? I'm an RN ICU in Canada but also work as a flight RN (helicopter) medic in and around buffalo. We sometimes take the patient's across the border for repatriation etc.
I always assumed that they just wanted to make them more orange with the new company name. Those choppers are great, they were built in the 70's some of them. Would love to get my chopper license.
Kudos to the team of mechanics and pilots that keep em running.
They are great choppers, currently being replaced by Agusta Westland 139's. Nice machines!
Here's a newspaper picture from the recent apartment fire in Woodstock, older Sikorsky in the air, new Augusta Westland on the ground!

I'm in, you could be the medic and I could be your assistant, handing out rum punches. Just found out everyone down there does that!
