opg pickering 2021

hello, i am just looking into the opg pickering term contract position. i am wondering is it common to move to bowmanville plant fulltime within the 3 year contract? and having a three year contract whats the odds will be shortened ? sorry for the question i just have a family and dont want to be left short is all. i know everything is a risk in the career. i would like to take the job if offered thanks for any info
