I've never written for Whitby before. The e-mailed stated that the written assessment will be based on general firefighting knowledge. Does this mean it won't be like a CPS test and it would be better to study the IFSTA essentials book and go over NFPA 1001 exam questions?

Does anyone know what kind of test this is? (Other than multiple choice)

Is it similar to Gledhill Shaw and other entrance tests?

Thanks.
Last time I wrote for Whitby, it was all questions based off the ifsta 6 textbook

Nothing on this end. They did say before the end of the week though so at least we have a timeline to go off of!

Interview invites going out over the next 5 to 10 days. Book a mock interview coaching session @firehousetraining if anyone would like some assistance. Good luck too everyone who gets the call.
